2. Information we collect and why
When you contact us, request a quotation or use our services, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company details and communications.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide agreed services and meet our accounting and legal obligations. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations or our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries and managing business relationships.
Our hosting and security systems process technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access, pages requested and activity logs, to maintain and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.
If you accept analytics cookies, we measure in aggregate how the website is used with Google Analytics 4; this is activated only with your consent and only on websites in production. If you accept third-party content, such as YouTube videos, it is loaded with your consent.
Information identified as required is necessary to handle your request or provide the relevant service. Other information is optional.
3. Service providers and international transfers
Where necessary, we share information with providers in the following categories to support the purposes described above: hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and security, such as Cloudflare; email and communications; forms and landing pages, such as Leadpages; web analytics, such as Google Analytics 4 (only with consent); and video playback, such as YouTube (only with consent). Providers acting on our behalf process information under appropriate contractual arrangements.
We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in the United States. In that case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. You can request information about these safeguards by writing to support [at] tunermedia.com.

After the relevant retention period, information is deleted, anonymised or blocked where required by law.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es/ or another competent supervisory authority.
